EnergiSource Wellness is written and run by one person, Ribert Rodriguez. This page explains how articles here are researched, what they are and are not, and how the site makes money, so you can decide how much weight to give what you read.
Who writes this site
I am not a doctor or a registered dietitian. I am someone who struggled with constant hunger and cravings, changed how I build my meals, and now writes about what I learned. Everything here is general nutrition education. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace the advice of your own doctor or dietitian.
How articles are researched
- Health claims are sourced. When an article makes a claim about hunger, fullness or nutrition, it links to peer-reviewed research or to a recognized health organization.
- Nutrition numbers come from USDA FoodData Central. Protein, fiber and calorie figures are estimates and are labeled “about”.
- Prices and product details are checked on the company’s own website and dated, because they change.
- I use writing and research tools, including AI, to help draft and check articles. I review and edit what is published, and I am responsible for it.
- No promises. I do not promise weight loss or medical results.
Updates and corrections
Articles show a “last updated” date. When research changes or I find a mistake, I fix the article and update the date. If you spot an error, please tell me through the contact page.
How the site makes money
- My own products: the Cravings Control Reset and the 7-Day Mediterranean Meal Plan.
- Affiliate links: some links to products earn me a commission at no extra cost to you. They are marked, and each article uses no more than three. I only link to products I consider clean and good quality.
- Sponsored content: none so far. If I ever publish a sponsored post, it will be clearly labeled as sponsored, and the sponsor will not control what I say about the product.
Reviews and comparisons
When I review an app or product, I say whether I used it myself. If I am comparing something to a tool I built, like the Full Plate Meal Builder, I say that too.
